Hi there, my name is Meg!
I have been part of the Moriac Pre-School educative team for four years, where I am passionate about supporting children’s growth and development, and witnessing their learning journey unfold over time.
I completed my Bachelor of Primary Teaching in 2018 and went on to extend my studies in Early Childhood Teaching in 2019 as I found that this is where my passion lies.
I have a particular interest in using puppetry to spark engagement and inspire learning for the children. In the Kinder environment you will often find me immersed in imaginative play spaces or getting creative with drawing and painting alongside the children.

Hello, my name is Bonnie!
I have had the privilege of working at Moriac Pre-School for the past eight years, and in that time I have loved building strong, trusting relationships with our children, families, and the wonderful community that connects us all.
For me, learning should be joyful, filled with curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connections. My goal is to ensure every child feels seen, valued, and supported as they progress on their learning journey, developing both skills and confidence along the way.
While raising my three daughters in the Moriac township, I have been actively involved in a variety of community programs and these experiences have shaped my teaching philosophy and strengthened my commitment to creating inclusive, nurturing environments for every child. Outside of work, I enjoy camping in beautiful places, I love swimming, and I find great peace in tending to my garden. I am especially passionate about working with children in natural environments, where they can connect with the outdoors, learn to respect our environment, and develop a sense of wonder for the world around them.

Hi, my name is Donna!
I have been part of the Moriac Pre-School community for over 12 years as an Educator, and it has been such a joy to contribute to the fabric of our wonderful Kinder as it has evolved over time.
I am passionate about supporting children as they explore their own unique interests and curiosities and I love curating resources and setting up experiences that nurture their learning journey. I love arts and crafts but especially seeing the joy and pride children feel when they create something special to take home.
Outside of Kinder, I enjoy sunny walks, grabbing a coffee at a local café, catching up with my four adult children and if I have a moment getting lost in a great page-turning book.

Hey, my name is Chelsea!
I have been working in the Early Childhood sector for the past 8 years.
I have a daughter named Lottie and on weekends we love to get out and explore new things, especially going back to the Murray River where I grew up.
KATHERINE – Educator
Hi, my name is Katherine!
Whilst this is my first year at Moriac, I have worked in the early childhood sector for 10 years. I absolutely love working with children.
I live in Geelong with my husband and my 2 not so little boys.
We are a footy loving family! On any weekend you will find me cheering on my boys as they represent “The Towners”.
LEANNE
Hi, my name is Leanne!
This is my second year at Moriac Preschool.
Previously I was a foster Carer to four young siblings for two and half years. Prior to that I worked at a primary school for 16 years.
I am a mum to three grown children and an Nana to three beautiful boys.
I would describe myself as young at heart and not afraid of a challenge. I live in my tiny home on a farm in Freshwater Creek.

Hi, my name is Megan!
I have only recently joined the team starting in 2024 after finishing my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
I have 4yo and 6yo boys and we live on a farm in Gherang. Outside of Preschool, I am a horse riding instructor and enjoying spending time riding and with my animals.
MELISSA – Educator
Hello, my name is Melissa!
Although this is my first year here at Moriac, I have extensive experience within the early childhood field from family daycare to long daycare and kindergarten both as an assistant and room leader and am currently completing my Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood).
I live in Geelong with my husband, two grown up children and Kelpie pup Jess.
When I do have some spare time I love travelling, camping, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
